What a beautiful fall day!!! I have had such a lovely Thanksgiving. There is so much to be thankful for!! It was so nice to see all of my family, especially the babies I NEVER get to see. Get this... Today I rode golf carts with my nephews and little cousins. And what I mean by riding golf carts consists of all of us riding one golf cart. That means myself, my 2 younger nephews, and my 2 younger cousins all riding on the same golf cart at the same time... It was tres fun (A little risky, but well worth it)!! Oh yea, the weird thing was that I was not the one driving. My 12 year old cousin did all the driving and I really must commend him on his excellent driving abilities. I saw my 2 baby cousins today for the first time in about 2 months, and I could not believe how much they have grown. It is remarkable! I went in expecting to see a precious bald baby, but I saw a beautiful baby with a head full of hair. I couldn't believe it!!! Gosh, babies are wonderful.

I can't believe I only have 2 weeks of school left at Agnes when we get back. The reality of NYC is finally starting to hit me. I am really going to miss my friends and family. I am definitely going to miss my Agnes, so much!! Words cannot express how much I love my friends. Your support and love and just y'all in general are amazing. I am the luckiest girl in the world when it comes to friends. I would not be where I am today without my friends. I owe so much to all of you!! Really it scares the crap out of me to think that I will not see y'all everyday next semester. I am really going to miss y'all!!! I love y'all!

OK!! So now I am going to do my "I am thankful for" list. In no particular order...

Here goes-
1. MY BEAUTIFUL, TALENTED, SMART, AND WONDERFUL FRIENDS
2. MY AMAZING FAMILY
3. AGNES SCOTT!
4. NYU!
5. YUMMY FOOD

10. OHHH... BREBRE

Well friends.... It has been a little over a month since my last entry, and once again I apologize. Life just gets so busy!!!!! Things have changed so much since my last entry... life is just flying by.. Its funny how it does that, teehee.

I'll start off by telling you that my trip to NYC with my gals was utterly amazing!! I will post the link for those pictures here. I have anew favorite musical... Yes, one that tops Hairspray... It is a little musical I like to call (and it is called) The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (picture the hallelujah chorus in the background.... teehee!). It was amazing, and think that was the show that we got so spur of the moment. Teehee!! Loved it, loved it, loved it!!! Life has been moving very fast ever since then, but trust me this is not a bad thing by any means. Friends have made new discoveries, which always takes some adjusting, but everything is great now. :o)

Well... for my big news... Guess what kids??? I AM GOING TO NYU NEXT SEMESTER... yes, true story, yes, yes!! And I am so flippin' excited... Now, so you may be asking yourself, why is the person who loves Agnes Scott so much leaving it?? Well friends, I will only be gone for a semester. I was accepted into their special spring program where I will be studying theatre.... Isn't that crazy?? I expected not to get accepted because my application was a little late, but yesterday I got my acceptance letter.... AHHHH!!! I can't believe it worked out... It really has not hit me yet. This is really a dream come true for me, and I am so overwhelmed. I am going to miss my Agnes girls and family soooooooo much, but I know that I am going to grow a lot from this experience... I just can't believe that it is really happening. Gosh!!! I AM REALLY GOING TO MISS MY FRIENDS... but I know they will come play with me in NYC, and I will think of them everyday... Right now, I am just really excited...... yay!!!!!!! Okie, so that is that.... Now, I will leave some links to my pictures so you all can enjoy them...

Here are the NYC pics. of love:

Oh xanga, how I always neglect to write in you. It has been a bit since my last update, so to feel you all in on the past two weeks-------> Black Cat was flippin' amazing!!! I love my LOVELY LUNA LADIES and I am so proud of us.... 2nd place, what what??? I will post some more pics of Black Cat asap.....

So last week was super stressful week from hell class wise. It always seems like the week after Black Cat is like that. I had 2 MAJOR tests along with preparing for my directing scene which was due today along with my play analysis. I think my scene went good.. We were prepared for it, but I definitely saw some flaws (not really flaws) that I want to change to make the scene more clear and more effective. Directing is soo hard. You think it wouldn't be so nerve racking, but I am sooo much more nervous directing a scene than I have ever been with performing or acting on stage. Weird, isn't it? I have to say though, I am learning more about theatre through directing than from any other theatre class I have ever taken. It's amazing how the director essentially controls the entire show.. It is their concept the play is based on and essentially lies all in their hands until performance time, and then it past on to the actors and crew teams.. So intense, but I love it... It's stressful, but I truly like it, and well we all know how I like to be stressed. I can't imgaine life without stress. Also, directing forces you to really, really, REALLY think about what is going on in the play.. It's amazing really... Ok, so that was directing spill... I'm over it now... Well, that was a lie but you get me... :o) P.S. My actresses were flippin' amazing... I love my lesbian lovers... hahaha.. (For those of you who are wondering... I directed a scene from The Children's Hour, which is a 1934 drama about a child falsely accusing two teachers of having "unlawful sexual relations".. This destroys there lives and so on and so forth.....)

I went to see the nephews play football on Saturday, and they were sooo precious and cute.. My middle nephew is a frikkin' beast. Let's just be honest, he is going to totally kick in high school... I am so proud of them.. Also, this weekend I went bowling with Agnes Ladies... It was soooo much fun... I will post some of my little Melissa's pictures from bowling as well... Sunday consisted totally of homework... and today was my directing scene, multiple meetings, and homework.... But I have also managed to have great conversations with friends today (Oh Sara, you know, you know..).. I love those conversations... Gosh, I love deep conversations... GOSH!!!!

GUESS WHAT KIDS?? GUESS WHAT?? GUESS WHAT??? IN 3 FLIPPIN' DAYS I WILL BE IN NYC...... SO frikkin' stoked!!! Ahhh!! Oh theatre district, Oh Times Square, Oh SoHo, Oh Staten Island, Oh Sex and the City, Oh shopping, Oh Olive Garden and McDonalds on Time's Square, Oh China Town, OH BROADWAY.... SO EXCITED!! I am going with my lovely darlins' Em and Whit. I am so excited, and we are seeing as many plays as we can squeeze in. I can't wait.. We are seeing Avenue Q, Forbidden Broadway, Doubt, and Miracle Brothers (Oh Kerry Butler, favorite actress of life!!!!!).... YIPPIE SKIPPIE... OK, OK.. ENOUGH FOR TONIGHT...

Here are a few pics from bowling(they are a little blurry)... Thanks Melis...
